SESSION FEES:
The first counselling and psychotherapy session and all further sessions are charged at £50 for fifty minutes.
I require at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. Sessions that are cancelled within the 48 hours before the scheduled session will be charged at £50.
The initial supervision session and all future supervision sessions are charged at £50 per hour.
THE FIRST SESSION:
This appointment lasts for 50 mins and will provide an opportunity for us to see if therapy would be beneficial to you. We would explore what brings you to counselling and to assess our suitability to work together. If we decide to continue we will then agree a contract of working, which will cover confidentiality, frequency of sessions (at least weekly), cancellation process etc.

WHAT IS THE FREQUENCY OF THERAPY?
We would agree a mutual day and time and meet on a weekly basis. The agreed day and time would be yours and would stay the same throughout the duration of therapy.
HOW LONG DO I STAY IN THERAPY FOR?
I work with adults on a long, medium or short-term basis (eight sessions).
The duration of therapy will be discussed as part of the first session.
WHERE IS THE COUNSELLING PRACTICE LOCATED?
The practice is located in High Heath, Pelsall. The exact location can be found using Google Maps by searching for Sheleen Welborn Counselling and Psychotherapy.
IS THERE PARKING?
Yes, there is a small car park nearby with a number of spaces, road parking is also available.
IS THE COUNSELLING PRACTICE ACCESSIBLE BY BUS?

ACCESSIBILITY:
Wheelchair accessible premises? No. Although the therapy room is located on a ground floor, there is a step to access the room.
The counselling room is located on the ground floor.
DO YOU OFFER SUPERVISION?
Yes, I completed a diploma in clinical supervision at the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute. Supervision is charged at £50 per hour. Please contact me to discuss further and to check availability.
